How to draw an Eye

Well.. here it comes.. I made 4 steps.. and I'l give some tips with each of the steps.

[1] the Eye
You draw an eye.. you should watch the way the lines go.. It's not just two bows...
for example the undereylid... first goes slightly up and then down.. and up again
Also draw the "last lash" for both lids... (the don't end the same !)
Make a sketch of the Iris... with the pupil in in... Important: leave them blank

[2] Eye lids and lashes
Draw the rest of the eyelids and the eye lashes... make sure not all eyelashes go in one direction.. because your eye and eyelids... aren't flat.. they are round.. Don't forget a little shadow under the corner of the eye...

[3] Shadows
First we draw the shadow of the eyelids and then off then eyeball...
the shadow of the eyelids have to become softer... that means the line you first draw is the most dark part then the shadow gets softer the farther you are away from the line... (i know my english isn't very good)
the shadow of the eyeball: maybe you've noties the little ball in the corner of the eye.. only in on off the corners... well from there you draw some shadow and also in the other corner you draw some shadow... not too much and make sure i't soffents.. and keep in mind it's the shadow on a eyeball... so it round...Also draw a very soft shadow just beneith the uppereyelid.. and make sure you draw a little shadow on the line on the Iris

[4]the Iris
First of all .. what is very important is the the is light! and shadow! in the Iris... first you draw the pupil.. and do not make it a black dot.. leave a little lightning in it... choose the light side and the dark sid of the Iris... And then you work out the shadow that the Iris get from the upper eyelid .. draw the structure of the Iris... not to dark and make it darker on the dark side... you can leave some whit spots on the lightside of the Iris...

the white spot make it live even more..
Ans last but not least... you finish up.. by work out the shadows of the eyelids some more... and make the eyelashes darker...and look fot some other things might find not dark enough ... or make the contrast a litlle better
